Microsoft Power Automate (Flow)
Microsoft Power Automate is a cloud-based software tool that allows employees to create and automate workflows across multiple applications and services. For example creating an automated workflows when a specific event occurs e.g. an item is added to a SharePoint list.
Whilst designed to be user friendly and provided with Templates, writing flows is not that easy and possibly beyond many employees.
Support is provided by Contractor 365 to Train, Mentor, and supprt in house devekopment and use of Power Automate tools.

Sway
Sway is a wonderful web form to present information. It can be used as an alternative to PowerPoint and can be shared internally or externally of your Company. Examples of its use include Company presentations, Training Materials, HR Manuals and Toolbox Talks.
